One of those popular items is his Kor-Bert Brand Ham. With both bone-in and pit style, this ham is enjoyed by families throughout Iowa, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. As with all of Mr. Korleski's products, he uses only the highest quality ingredients and old-fashioned methods of seasoning, curing, and natural smoking, to give his products the distinct taste that has made them so popular.
